At Vitalize, we are building the OS for hospital operations, starting with staffing & scheduling optimization.
Currently, hospitals’ core processes to manage and optimize labor live on paper, spreadsheets, or through departments of 20+ FTEs. Vitalizes’s technology transforms these processes from painstakingly tedious to autonomous, freeing up thousands of hours and reducing labor costs by 8-figures.
In less than 6 months, Vitalize has reached 7-figures in ARR and is backed by top investors, including Y Combinator and top health systems.
✍️ About the Role
We’re scaling fast, and growth is outpacing hiring. The ideal person for this role can step in and tackle the company’s biggest operational challenges to keep up. This is effectively getting your hands on everything that falls in between sales and engineering.
You'll own the E2E implementation of Vitalize's software across enterprise health systems of thousands of users, and build the playbook along the way. As you become an expert on our customers through support and onboarding, you’ll have the opportunity to directly shape the roadmap by working with our eng and design teams. You are talking to customers every single day.
